Diwali Flowers
Diwali is the busiest week of the year in our Deira workshop. This page gathers what families across the UAE order for it: fresh torans for the front door, marigold strings for balconies and home mandirs, loose petals for rangoli, and garlands for the Lakshmi Puja altar.
For Dhanteras, the traditional day to hang a new toran, choose a ready-made marigold toran or orange and yellow genda strings, plain or with mango leaves. For Lakshmi Puja, pick a garland for the deity – tuberose, jasmine, marigold, or our pink lotus and rose petal haar – with loose rose petals and marigold heads for the puja thali. For rangoli, order loose marigold, rose petals, chrysanthemum and vadamalli in 100 g packs; two or three colours together give the classic look. Shops and offices often hang a fresh toran again on the day of Lakshmi Puja.

Diwali Flowers in Dubai – questions & answers
When is Diwali in 2026, and when should my flowers arrive?
Dhanteras is on Friday 6 November 2026, Choti Diwali on Saturday 7 November and Diwali with Lakshmi Puja on Sunday 8 November, followed by Govardhan Puja on Monday 9 and Bhai Dooj on Tuesday 10 November. Most families have the toran delivered on the morning of Dhanteras or the day before, and the puja garlands and petals on the morning of Lakshmi Puja.
What do I need for Dhanteras and Lakshmi Puja?
For the door: a fresh toran or marigold strings, plain or with mango leaves. For the altar: a garland for Lakshmi and Ganesh – marigold, tuberose, jasmine or our pink lotus and rose petal haar. For the puja thali and rangoli: loose rose petals, marigold heads, chrysanthemum and vadamalli in 100 g packs.
Which toran fits my door?
Measure the inside width of the door frame. A standard apartment door is about 90 cm to 1 metre wide; double doors and shop fronts need a wider toran or several marigold strings side by side. Tell us an unusual width in the order note, or send a photo on WhatsApp +971 50 586 1001.
How many loose flowers do I need for a rangoli?
Loose flowers are sold in 100 g packs, so you can mix colours freely. A small doorstep rangoli usually needs a few packs across two or three colours; a large design needs more. Send us the size and design on WhatsApp and we will suggest quantities.
Can you deliver on Dhanteras and on Diwali day?
Yes. Order before 6 PM for same-day delivery in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman; other emirates receive their order the next day. You choose the date and time slot at checkout, and slots around Dhanteras and Diwali fill first, so book a few days ahead. Changes are possible until 2:30 PM UAE time the day before delivery.
Can I collect my Diwali order from your shop?
Yes, collection is free from our shop on Al Muteena Street, Deira, open daily from 8 AM to 2 AM. Choose collection at checkout.
