Orange
Orange, close to saffron, is the most sacred colour in Hindu worship. It is the colour of the sadhu's robe, of Hanuman and Ganesh, and of the marigold heaped on every festival altar, so orange flowers are ordered above all for Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali, Dhanteras and temple days.
Almost everything in this filter is built on orange genda. There are orange marigold ladi strings sold by length, the gende ki ladi that frames doors, windows and murtis, and full orange marigold garlands for welcoming guests or honouring an elder. In smaller form, marigold appears as kangan bracelets in yellow and orange, marigold bracelets set with one or two roses, tuberose kangan with a marigold centre, and a haldi bridal set of orange marigold and red roses with gypsophila. A chrysanthemum-and-rose garland completes the range.
Orange holds its colour in sun better than any other shade we sell, so it is the safe choice for outdoor and balcony decoration.

Orange in Dubai – questions & answers
Which orange flowers are best for Ganesh Chaturthi?
Orange marigold strings for the pandal or mandap frame and an orange marigold garland for the murti are the standard choice, with loose marigold for the thali. Order for the morning of the sthapana; if the idol stays for several days, a fresh garland every day or two keeps it bright.
Does orange marigold fade in sunlight?
Much less than most flowers. Orange genda keeps its colour well outdoors; in strong summer sun the petal tips dry before the colour fades. For a balcony or gate facing west, hang it after midday or mist it in the evening to make it last longer.
Can I mix orange with other colours for a doorway?
Yes. The most common mix is orange and yellow marigold alternated, often with mango leaves or a green border. White tuberose strings between orange marigold give a cleaner, more formal look for a wedding entrance, while red roses add contrast for Diwali.
Do you deliver orange the same day?
Yes. Order by 6 PM (UAE time) for same-day delivery in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, seven days a week; delivery to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain is next day. You choose the delivery date and a time slot at checkout.
How fresh are the flowers?
Flowers arrive at our Deira workshop before sunrise; every haar, gajra and kangan is strung on the day of delivery.
Can I order for a wedding or puja date in advance?
Yes – pick any date up to two weeks ahead at checkout. Changes are possible until 2:30 PM UAE time the day before delivery. For large or matching-pair orders, message us on WhatsApp +971 50 586 1001.
How much does delivery cost?
In Dubai delivery costs AED 19–59 depending on the order value. The exact fee for your emirate is shown at checkout before you pay.
