How do I know you received my order?
As soon as you place an order, we send a confirmation email to the address you provided. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder — and if it is still missing, get in touch and we will confirm it for you.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes — just contact us directly. Changes need to be requested before 2:30 PM UAE time, one day before the scheduled delivery date. During major festivals and peak wedding seasons we may be unable to accept changes once an order is confirmed.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver same-day across Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, and we cover all seven UAE emirates. For Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain, please contact us in advance to confirm timing and charges for your location.
Will my flowers look exactly like the picture?
Very close. Our flowers are sourced fresh from six to seven countries. Because nature and seasons vary, we occasionally make a like-for-like substitution of equal or greater value — keeping the style, size and feel of your arrangement true to what you chose.
