YOUR ORDER
At Dubaiflora.com, we take pride in our dependable same-day delivery service and ensure same-day delivery for orders placed by 6 pm, seven days a week. For further inquiries, feel free to reach out to us.
HOW DO I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation sent to the provided email address. If you do not receive this confirmation, please get in touch with us.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
To make changes to your order, please contact us directly. Changes must be requested before 2:30 pm UAE time, one day prior to the scheduled delivery date to avoid additional charges. Please note that during special calendar events, Dubaiflora.com reserves the right to decline changes to any orders.
DELIVERIES
We offer delivery to almost all areas within Dubai City. However, some areas may not be covered by our standard delivery service. In such cases, we will contact you and provide appropriate guidance. Depending on the destination, same-day delivery cannot be guaranteed for orders placed before 6:00 pm.

WILL MY FLOWERS LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE?
Our flowers are sourced from six to seven countries worldwide. Occasionally, due to seasonal or availability constraints, suitable substitutions may be made, resulting in variations in appearance.
REFUNDS
Requests for refunds due to dissatisfaction with your flowers will be handled by our customer service agents on a case-by-case basis and will be at their sole discretion.
